H M CHORARIA & Consultants Private Limited was set up during the year 1990-91. It was formed by Shri H M Choraria who was a former chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and past President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
We have a team consisting of qualified company secretaries, chartered accountants and lawyers.
